For a consistent, high quality production process, use automatic feeder systems to control the starter, carrier, and refining agent. In particular, zinc baths are well suited to using brightener feeders connected to rectifiers. A Mighty-Brite controller reduces chemical use and saves platers money by minimizing the waste associated with manual brightener additions. The Mighty-Brite even performs in the amperage tracking of multiple rectifiers that serve one plating tank. An automatic pH controller can also simplify and improve the operation of an acid chloride zinc bath.
